Wemsec Compressor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd
Fault phenomenon: high exhaust temperature of the unit (more than 100 ° C)
The coolant level of the unit is too low (it should be visible from the oil sight glass, but not more than half);
Dirty oil cooler;
The oil filter core is blocked;
Temperature control valve failure (component failure);
The oil cut-off solenoid valve is not energized or the coil is damaged;
The diaphragm of the oil cut-off solenoid valve is cracked or aged;
Fan motor fault;
The cooling fan is damaged;
The exhaust pipe is blocked or the exhaust resistance (back pressure) is large;
The ambient temperature exceeds the specified range (38 ΰŃ Or 46 ΰŃ);
Temperature sensor failure (Intellisys control unit);
Whether the pressure gauge fails (relay controls the unit).
Fault phenomenon: high oil consumption of the unit or high oil content of compressed air
Too much cooling dose;
The oil return pipe is blocked;
The installation of the oil return pipe (the distance from the bottom of the oil separation core) does not meet the requirements;
The unit pressure is too low;
The oil separation core is broken;
The unit has oil leakage;
The coolant deteriorates or is out of service.
Fault phenomenon: low unit pressure
The actual gas consumption is greater than the unit output;
Vent valve failure (unable to close when loading);
Intake valve failure;
Hydraulic cylinder failure;
Load solenoid valve (1SV) fault
The minimum pressure valve is stuck;
The user's pipe network leaks;
The pressure setting is too low;
Pressure sensor failure (Intellisys control unit);
