The oil circuit system of the screw compressor is tightly sealed, and oil leakage will not occur under normal conditions. However, oil leakage may occur when maintenance is not timely or accidents occur during operation. There are many kinds of oil leakage, one is oil leakage, which is very slow; One is oil leakage, which is fast; The other is fuel injection, which is almost instantaneous. No matter what kind of fault is, it cannot be ignored.
There are three kinds of oil leakage faults of the screw compressor: oil leakage, oil dripping and oil injection, which should be handled differently according to different phenomena. Therefore, when you find that the machine leaks oil, do not rush to repair it, but find out the cause of the oil leak and then repair it.
In case of oil leakage, if the reason is not that the equipment is caused by more complex factors, but only that the connection part is loose or not fastened well or the pressure increases, the connection part can be tightened once when the machine is stopped.
In case of oil dripping, the treatment method is basically the same as that of oil seepage, which can be referred to. However, if there is a deep-seated reason, the hidden danger must be eliminated according to the deep-seated reason before handling.
In the case of oil injection, it is generally caused by the blockage of the oil cooler of the screw compressor. The main way to deal with this failure is to dredge the oil cooler. The method is to take out the core of the oil cooler, put it in the iron tank, fill it with water, put detergent in the water, soak it for 1-3 days, then take out the cooler core, and use soft copper wire to dredge the scale in the cooler core one by one.
Clean the whole oil system while unblocking the cooler core. The method is to connect the pipe fittings of the oil system with the cleaning pump truck to form a self circulating system. The cleaning pump truck we use is an iron box with a square area of more than one meter. It is equipped with trolley wheels that can be pushed to move the box freely. When it is used, it is pushed to the front of the compressor. A pressurized water pump and an electric heater are provided to pour the scale remover into the water in the iron tank, start the water pump, and the scale remover begins to circulate in the oil circuit system. After 1 to 3 days of immersion, the dirt in the oil circuit system is cleaned.
