Recently, with the completion of the 72 hour start-up test of No. 1 compressor unit of Yumen Compressor Station in Jiuquan Operation Area of the Western Pipeline, the first 50K maintenance of the company's RR electric drive compressor unit was successfully completed, which improved the integrity and reliability of the compressor unit.
Compressor unit maintenance is an important work to ensure stable and reliable operation of equipment. The 50K maintenance is the most difficult, technically demanding and difficult to disassemble in the compressor unit maintenance. Yumen Compressor Station Unit 1 is a combined electric driven compressor unit of RR compressor driven by SIEMENS motor. It has been put into operation for 50000 hours since 2006.
The maintenance was carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of SIEMENS Electric Drive Compressor Unit Maintenance and Overhaul Procedures, and the compressor bearings, dry gas seals, variable frequency motors, control systems and other auxiliary systems were comprehensively inspected and tested to minimize the unit operation risks.
As the temperature gradually decreases, in order to fully ensure the gas transmission production in winter, the Jiuquan operation area of the western pipeline will increase the monitoring of the compressor unit operation, carry out maintenance on time, and strengthen the special care of the compressor unit and instrument alarm system to ensure the optimization of the compressor unit working conditions and stable operation.
